Before working with Digyto, Financial ATC's sales team made manual calls via Zoom, managing lead lists in spreadsheets. Tracking was difficult, with no CRM integration or digital channels like WhatsApp or Instagram. Key challenges included:

Digyto configured DigyBot Voice - a cloud contact center platform. Multiple state-specific phone lines were enabled with progressive/predictive dialing and segmented outbound campaigns. This allowed Financial ATC to scale from 3 manual agents to 10 agents with dedicated extensions in Dominican Republic, connected through a robust Asterisk/Vicidial PBX hosted on AWS.

DigyBot was integrated as an AI conversational solution, enabling automated campaigns via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram. Bots were configured with conversational flows to answer FAQs, qualify leads, and transfer to human agents when needed.
